Hi, I’m Jessi, your new leadership coach! As a CliftonStrengths Coach and an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, I help leaders like you elevate their human and leadership potential from the inside out.

What I’ve learned through hundreds of hours of coaching people is that every human being needs safety and belonging, to contribute and matter, to experience hope, and to continuously find ways to connect with others and grow. Every person also has a unique combination of talents, values, and belief systems that direct how they see the world and show up in their life. No two journeys are the same.

My goal as your coach is to help you increase your self-awareness, develop your talents into strengths, and to understand and regulate your energy. Through this work, you will experience more confidence and increased energy to perform at your highest level in all areas of your life.
