I created Human Being Coaching to help leaders like you thrive on your human journey, both professionally and personally. 

As a certified CliftonStrengths Coach and an Energy Leadership Master Practitioner, I’m dedicated to helping leaders and teams reach their full human potential and contribute in phenomenal ways at work and in life.

Over the last 20 years, I’ve facilitated hundreds of leadership development workshops for thousands of leaders and teams and watched them grow and reimagine success in remarkable ways. Likewise, I’ve had the amazing honor to spend hundreds of hours coaching managers and leaders who’ve shared their most intimate and human side with me.

I work with leaders and teams to increase their emotional intelligence and create a human-centered workplace to foster high levels of employee engagement, innovation, and productivity. How do I do it? By exploring two essential components of how people “show up” at work and in their lives every day.
