I created Human Being Coaching because I’m on a mission to create human-centric workplaces made up of emotionally intelligent leaders, individuals, and teams who are engaged at work and thriving in their lives.

It’s a big and challenging goal—AND—I am all in! What about you?

We human beings spend about a third of our lives at work! This is a significant amount of time, attention, and energy people devote to their organizations. You’d hope that people would feel engaged at work, but, sadly, a majority don’t. 
Gallup's current employee engagement data shows, in the United States, only about 36% of us are actively engaged at work. These numbers are even lower globally and have barely shifted for more than a decade. 

Here’s what’s even worse…

Managers, who are largely responsible for employee engagement in the workplace, are also not engaged. Recent Gallup studies show that 51% of managers are disengaged and 14% are actively disengaged. In the US alone, this overall disengagement collectively cost us between $319 billion to $398 billion annually.
